How it works:

  1. Choose Your Diamond: Select your loose diamond from r/BestLabDiamondPricing. 
  2. Reach Out to Justine: Once you've made your selection, contact Justine Damm for where to ship your diamond (shipping insurance is mandatory).
  3. Semi-Mount Consultation: Discuss your ring design with Justine. Share inspiration photos and provide details like ring size, gold quality, and desired gold color.
  4. Receive Your Quote: Justine will provide you with a personalized quote for the semi-mount, which takes about 1 business day.
  5. Purchase On The Website: Justine will send a custom site listing, and you can choose your preferred payment method. Payment plans such as PayPal in 4 are available if needed.
  6. CAD Design: A 3D rendering of your ring will be created based on your preferences. This takes about 3-5 business days.
  7. Production: Once you approve the design, we'll begin crafting your semi-mount. This takes about 2 weeks. You’ll receive pictures/videos of your semi-mount.
  8. Ring Assembly: Your diamond will be securely set into the finished semi-mount. This takes about 1-2 weeks. Jeweler setting fee starts at $125.
  9. Delivery: You'll receive stunning photos and videos of your completed ring before it's shipped to your doorstep. Shipping is a flat $30 fee, insurance and signature required is included. Payment for stone setting + shipping will be due at this time, and a new site listing will be created. Once payment is received, the ring will be safely packed and shipped.
